A Note from Dr. Stephanie Felice, Ph.D.
I grew up in a small town, where my parents taught me the value of hard work and a strong moral compass. As a first-generation college grad, I balanced jobs and raised my daughter as a single mom while earning my degrees. Those experiences taught me resilience and the difference that leadership can make. My journey sparked my passion for building cultures where kindness, compassion, and every voice matter. I know how important it is to feel seen and supported, which is why I’m dedicated to helping organizations create cultures that value people and embrace growth and change. Stephanie Felice, Ph.D., is committed to helping businesses of all sizes adapt and thrive.
